Comfort Cloisters is the quintessential storybook setting for an old fashioned event.  The flagship offering at Comfort Cloisters is the historic rock chapel.  Many weddings have taken place within these stone walls before today.  Our chapel was built in 1924.  Built by parishioners with native Texas Hill Country stone, no other facility can duplicate the true historic ambiance of Comfort Cloisters’ Chapel.

The gated property is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  Comfort, Texas is convenient to San Antonio, Austin and Kerrville.  Located on the corner of Fifth and Main Streets and across the street from Comfort Park, our historic 1920’s rock chapel is a grand symbol of an era gone by.  Comfort Cloisters’ Chapel is complemented by Cloister Hall, our reception facility, patio and a lovely historic, two-bedroom rock cottage for your event’s preparations.
