The Chapel:
Historic 1920’s rock church. The
church was in operation as a Methodist
church until 2001.
Enter through a dramatic bell tower
that soars to 25 feet in the interior of the
tower.
Antique French Gothic coat rack
adorns the Bell Tower entrance, including
its built-in umbrella stand and guest book
counter. There are plenty of Antique coat
hooks in the entrance for your guests’
convenience.
Open, light and airy. Lots of
outdoor light during the day and a
dramatic setting by night. The 20 large
windows in the chapel are beautifully
dressed with antique styled draperies
and lace.
The chapel’s décor colors are a soft
motif of ivory, white and gold, which will
complement your own color palette.
The acoustics are excellent and require
no sound system.
The interior of the chapel has
gorgeous dark wood floors and wood
beamed ceiling.
Several original antique gothic
pieces of furniture help to further the
glorious setting of an era gone by.
Our dramatic stage is the perfect
backdrop for your ceremony and photos.
The chapel and men’s and women’s
restrooms are fully accessible for disabled
guests. All paper products are supplied by
Hill Country Cathedral.
What is included in the Chapel?
A combination of gold and ivory chairs
and 8 original pews to the chapel, with
ivory seat cushions, accommodate seating for
170.
Stage dressings are provided, which
include an altar, candelabras, decorative
columns, trellises and silk floral topiaries
and arrangements. The silk floral
arrangements and topiaries are complimentary
for your use or can be removed, if
pre-arranged 60 days prior to your event.
(Chapel only rentals do not have the option
for requesting décor to be removed.)
Cloister Hall & Patio
Cloister Hall is a Victorian styled catering
hall.
The hall can accommodate 165+
reception style and 100 people banquet style at
72” round tables. An additional 60 people can be
accommodated for banquet style seating on the
patio, which is adjacent to the hall through
four sets of French doors.
What is included?
Use of tables and chairs in the
banquet hall are included as part of the rental
fee when Cloister Hall is part of your booking.
Two sets of silver cake stands
are available for your use. Each set has three
tiers. One set is square and the other is round.
Either set is available for rental for $25 each
piece.
Crystal cake stands are available for
all of our banquet tables. Candles are at a cost
of $12 per banquet table. While nothing
flammable can be placed near the candles, the
cake stands provide a beautiful foundation for
flowers, flower petals, party favors, etc…
We have available multiple, crystal cake
stands and crystal hurricane candle holders to
augment your banquet centerpiece décor. Cake
stands and hurricanes are available for rental
at $7.00 each.
Caterers’ preparation kitchen with
commercial sinks. Your caterer should provide
tableware. Please see our website menu for
suggested caterers and other services.
Proscenium stage for head tables,
presentations, band or DJ
Audio system for your own selection of
CDs
The Gallery for additional tables
and or displays. The Gallery exhibits original
landscape oil paintings and connects the dining
room and patio areas.
Disabled accessible Women and Men’s
restrooms. Paper products are included.
